The 4-1/2” x 5/8”-11 XL Flap Disc 80 Grit T27 by Black Hawk features top of the line heavy duty polyester/cotton sanding flaps cover in premium zirconia grains that are resin over resin bonded for superior grain retention. Each flap is then coated in Black Hawk Abrasive’s proprietary self activating grinding agent to reduce heat and loading during grinding. Additionally, these flap discs are BIG. The Black Hawk Extra Large Flapper Discs get their name from the fact that they boast 50% more flaps than a standard disc and last more than twice as long. These 4-1/2” Jumbo Flap discs are built to take a beating and keep on grinding. Whether deburring, removing rust, sanding down weld splatter, surface finishing, cleaning or simply removing stock this HD flapper disc is in it for the long haul.
