Description
1970 Honda CB350 K2I purchased this bike in 2012 from the family of the original owner…at that time it had 4694 miles.
It now shows 5216 miles.
It is very original and I believe the mileage to be true based on the condition.
The previous owner said it had always been stored indoors (and it shows).
It has always been stored indoors during my ownership as well.
Soon after purchase I performed quite a bit of mechanical and cosmetic improvements and maintenance....most done in 2012:
new
PAMCO electronic ignition
new tubes/tires
new DID 530 chain
new front fork seals
new rear shocks
polished engine case and front forks
new SS allen-head bolts for engine case
new engine case gaskets
new grips
new mirrors
new cable set (clutch, throttle, speedometer, front brake)
new brake light switches
rebuilt, tuned, balanced carbs
rebuilt petcock
new
modern rectifier/regulator (for improved charging efficiency)
new seat cover
new front and rear brake shoes
new front and rear wheel bearings
new spark plugs and air filters
new AGM battery (2018)
oil changed most recently in May 2021
OEM chrome dual exhaust is in excellent condition with a couple of dings but no corrosion.
These OEM exhausts are very rare to find in this condition and there are no more.
Original paint polished up great.
Even the paint on the plastic side covers and headlight bucket is in great, non-faded condition.
There are a couple of dings in the fuel tank. Wheel spokes have been touched up with paint.
Everything works as it should (lights, switches, horn, electric start, etc.)
Starts up immediately with press of starter button.
Runs great and shifts smoothly.
I have always only used ethanol-free fuel.
Let me know if there are other photos you’d like to see (I have many more).
I have 2 keys, owners manual, original tool kit, and all records from my ownership.
Clear Mississippi title.
