1973 Honda CB

Description

1973 honda cb500 project. This bike needs the following work done. Ignition issue, Tank cleaned, tires, brake caliper rebuild, fork seals, fork gators and master cylinder rebuild. The bike looks good but does show some age. Tank is fading on top and has a few scratches. There is a dent on the left side that can be fixed easy. The seat is nice but the strap has a tear shown in photos. The bike has a new agm gel battery, new brake lines, new air filter, new gaskets on the carbs and top end. Carburetors rebuilt before I purchased it. The issue with the bike is It has wandering and hanging idle. It smokes and fouls the plugs. The smoke isn't oil its unburnt fuel. I believe the bike has a ignition issue. could be carburetor related I don't know who rebuilt the carbs but it looks like they used a quality gasket kit. Bike is being sold as a non running project tho it starts right up on a aux fuel tank. I have a video I can send if wanted.The data tag on the neck of frame is missing but the stamped vin is eligible. Clean open Texas title. I have the front brake caliper that isn't shown in the photos.
