1974 Honda CB NO RESERVE 1974 Honda CB750 Running Parts Bike - no title

1974 CB750  Barn find.  No Title, just bill of sale. ( not salvage - simply no title) Thus I'm calling this a running parts bike.
Started right up (with the electric starter and separate fuel tank).  No smoke. Number 2 carb has stuck needle valve, thus the gas puddle under engine.  Passed NY inspection in 2018. Has 26484 miles.
Tank was bone dry when I found it and looks very good for its age. No dents found. Mufflers are shot. Left side cover looks to have bondo on it. Seat and seat pan are shot. Front fender has surface rust.  Lights work. Tires good. One original key. No tool kit. No battery.
I'm located near Buffalo NY. I recommend pre-purchase inspection. Once you buy, the payment is non-refundable. Buyer to pick up. Shipping is possible if you are willing to pay 0 for the crate plus all shipping fees.
