ANTIQUE MASONIC "Order Of The Eastern Star" PRESENTATION GAVEL/MAUL RARE 1928

Description

Up for auction is an antique Masonic "Order of the Eastern Star" bronze presentation gavel or maul, circa the late 1920's.
Rare and hard to find, this ceremonial Masonic upright gavel is very solid and commanding. Engraved ASCALON CHAPTER No. 359, O.E.S., PRESENTED BY F.S. BULKLEY, WORTHY PATRON 1914, 1915, 1922, 1927 on the front and R.W. F.S.BULKLEY, A.G.L. 1927-28 on the reverse. The dimensions are approximately 10 1/4" tall by 3 1/2" in diameter. Very good vintage condition with light age  appropriate surface marks and wear from use and  display (please view all photos as part of the description and ask any questions before bidding).
