30 Day Return Policy
Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). For your convenience, we recommend that you contact us. Nearly all email inquiries will receive a response within a maximum of one business day. When you receive your RA email from us, it will include the proper address to send the return. Note that outgoing shipping charges are not refundable; however we will provide a return shipping label on defective items that are claimed within 30 days of delivery. Also note that we cannot take back any return without the original manufacturer's box and packing materials/accessories. Be sure to keep all this until you are absolutely sure you won't be returning it! Please be advised that all items are inspect and tested before processing any refunds or repairs/replacement. This applies to international customer’s.
International Customer’s

The customer is responsible for paying their nations custom fees/taxes. If the customers chooses not to pay those fee’s and the item is returned. The customer will be refunded, however they will be charge a small restocking fee of the original shipping cost, plus the return/refusal fee.
Defective Items

Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery of purchase date may return there item for a refund or replacement. In the event the item is tested and works fine, you may be subject to a small restocking fee. It’s the buyers responsibility to make sure what they purchase is compatible with what they are using. This applies to international customers
Non-Defective Items

ALL non defective items may be returned for 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (20-50%) will be applied if the item is returned in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it. This applies to international customers
Damaged Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 48 hours if the damage is concealed. WE CAN NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER 48 HOURS from delivery date. SpicyBomb, at its sole discretion, will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund when and if the claim is settled with the carrier. Items shipped to freight forwarders must be inspected for damage prior to forwarding shipment. No damage claims will be accepted once an item leaves a freight forwarder.
