    Antique Buermann Single Spur, Model No. 1209 Patent Steel "EXCELSIOR" (EXTREMELY RARE!).  This Buermann Spur Is Maker Stamped With BUERMAN'S PAT. MARCH 18/1879 as shown in our photo.  In my many years of serious collecting genuine antique Buermann spurs I have only seen 2 single spurs of this model up for auction and none ever on display at any show, this is one of those 2 single spurs, the other one I lost the auction as during the bidding a full price was bid.  This Is A Left Or Right Boot Spur.
