    This is a lot of two (2) original (one-of-a-kind) gelatin silver photographs [4-1/8" x 3-1/8"]
    ~ these were grouped together on an album page with caption - " 'The Marion' after fire" -~ Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee
    ~ "The Marion" was a Knoxille apartment building on Church Avenue with 56 rooms/19 apartments, built in 1906 ~ the fire occurred in very late April 1912 ~ arson was suspected because, according to news reports, the fire broke out in 3 separate locations at the same time within the building
    being listed in a Tennessee postcard category for greater exposure to Tennessee image collectors
    ~ In VERY GOOD condition: both photos are still glued to black photo album page (one is blank on reverse side)
