Payment:
Payment is expected within 5 days of auctions end. Currently only PayPal is accepted.
Shipping:
We ship Monday through  Friday and some Saturdays. Shipments are made the SAME BUSINESS DAY if payment is received by noon (Central Time); NEXT BUSINESS DAY if received after noon. We ship many Saturdays, but can't  guarantee it.
Currently shipping to the United States only.
Combined shipping is available, just ask before paying.

Our shipping prices might be higher than others for these items because we always ship them in a box and via Priority Mail (or better). We love the items we sell as much as you and don't want to see them destroyed.

Refunds:
We offer refunds on all items not marked "AS-IS". You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus original shipping  charges. If the item is defective we will replace it free of charge or give you a full refund including shipping. New opened  software, electronics, audio books, CDs and DVDs are not  returnable unless defective. All serial numbers are recorded and items are heavily photographed before being shipped out.
