In excellent condition.  Bought these for my son and they were too small.  Wasn't able to return them.  Our loss is your gain.  My son currently wears a 32" waist paint, so these would fit a size 28"-30" waist.  These are perfect as underwear of a base layer under athletic clothing.  We intended to use them under boardshorts.  We wanted something that wasn't boring.  These are fun colors and patterns.  We loved them so much that we ordered them in a bigger size for my son.  The fly is sewn closed on all of them.
My son did wear the royal blue/black pair one time and the waist is a tiny bit stretched.
