Steel cross base included and is shown in the photos.
PLEASE NOTE... as with all umbrellas you will need weight on the base. Pavers or sand bags work well. There are also many weight options for cantilever umbrellas sold online.
(I have used a rock in the photo just for the purpose of taking photos. You will need appropriate weights for the base.)
