Marked JAPAN, but unsure of the maker, cannot find a hallmark. Diamond design on the side.
Appear to be both for the same foot.
The spurs are in good condition for the age, with some discoloration and
oxidation
around the brass studs.
Appear to be nickel plated over iron or steel.
