Description

UM3 modules are used on precision metering equipment, such as the Universal slice applicator, and provide recirculation capability in addition to dispensing functionality. UM3 FMS modules are actuated by a flange‐mounted solenoid valve and are used for high‐speed intermittent operation. There are two types of UM3module: spray and coating. A UM3 spray module, either directly or through the use of an adapter, can dispense adhesive in a variety of spray applications, including Controlled Fiberization (CF), Summit, and SureWrap applications.
