This beautiful sterling silver chatelaine pin is decorated with a deeply raised cherubs face and detailed scrolls and floral work. Charming pieces like this were used by Victorian ladies to hold the essentials of day to day life - needle cases, thimble holders and other little pieces. . This piece is marked 925 for 925/1000 pure sterling. It measures just over 1 7/8" x 1 1/2" not including the chains, of which the longest is 4".
It is new and in mint condition.
