    PAIR OF DOUBLE MOUNTED TOM JOHNSON JR SPURS
    Pair of double mounted Tom Johnson spurs, silver and copper.  The heel bands are 5/8" wide with a 3" spread.  The goose neck shanks are 2 1/2" long with 1" 5 point rowels.  You can easily see the McChesney influence, Tom worked there 1910 - 1911.  Then moved on to Dalhart Texas and worked with P M Kelly for a year then opened his own bit & spur company in 1912. Johnson never marked his work.   Comes with Nice pair of hand tooled leathers.
