--- Proceedings from October 8th and 9th 1890, published in Ashland by Tidings Newspaper and Job Office 1891.  Measures 6" x 9", 30 pages.  Cover and first 3 page leafs damaged lower left corner with missing piece as shown.  General aging to covers with normal discoloring and handling soiling.  Stains seen lower left damaged area.  Spine is solid.  Pencilled numbers/notes back cover.
