RETURNS
No Returns Are Accepted without authorization and RMA #. Please contact us to obtain an RMA # through eBay messages or phone call. The compressor must be returned with a copy of your Invoice or purchase order and certified mechanic's invoice.
As we do incur a cost to ship your order to your door in the continental United States, if for any reason an incorrect order is placed, or you simply need to return a part because it is not needed,
RETURN SHIPPING IS BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY
. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Returns after 30 days are EXCHANGE ONLY and are not eligible for a refund.
After the 30-day period any excepted RMA will be the buyer?s responsibility of all shipping charges.
All Units come with a
one-time warranty replacement
during specified warranty period.
Absolutely no Labor is paid for any reason. Our warranty does not cover removal, installation, diagnostic and other contingent expenses, just the Starter. We can offer an advanced warranty replacement. In some cases, we reserve the right to obtain a 0 deposit fee. This will ensure we have the opportunity to inspect the compressor once returned. Also, to ensure the return of the original compressor. This deposit will be reimbursed once the original Starter is returned.
The Buyer is Responsible for any return shipping INCLUDING DEFECTS
