Tips：

4.The disassembled parts should be arranged in order to avoid errors or omissions during assembly.
5.When assembling, each bolt should be tightened according to the specified torque. Check and adjust the gap of each part.
Notes：
1. When starting the engine, each turn-on time shall not exceed 5s. If continuous starting should be separated by 10-15s, the engine failure should be eliminated if the engine fails to start after three consecutive starts.
2. After confirming that the engine is not faulty, start again after an interval of 5 minutes, otherwise the heat generated by the starter due to the excessive starting current will not be dissipated, and the rotor and stator coils of the starter will be burnt.
3. When using the starter, it is necessary to keep all parts of the starter clean and dry, the connection is firm, the brush and the commutator are in good contact, and the maintenance should be checked and maintained regularly in accordance with the regulations of the car maintenance system. Mainly check the sliding bearing clearance at both ends of the starter, the one-way torque of the gear one-way device and the wear condition of the electric brush.
