2. About Items

3.About Package

.Each Package will be packed very well. Just 0.1% opportunity which will receive the damage items.

.In Case of Scratching, we add much sponge,Bubble bag and box. Different items are different package according to the material and shape.

. If the listing show the item has box, then you will recieve the box item.

.Each Package will check and check with the order before we pack.
4. After-Sale

. If you receive the damaged item or wrong color, wrong item, please take photo of the item and send us message. Will help you resolve it， Just calm down, must will resolve it.

1.We will send the item to you within handling time--listing show time(except public holiday) when we have received your payment.

3.The normally delivery time as follows:

United States:2-3 weeks.

United Kingdom/Australia/Canada/France/Spain/Germany/Eastern Europe:3-4 weeks.

Brazil/South America:about 4-8 weeks (due to strict Custom Inspection).
1.Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received.
2.Please contact us to request a return authorization. Your name, auction number, and reason for return should be included in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
3.Please repack the item carefully. Items returned will be tested and a new replacement will be shipped to the buyer immediately when found defective. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
4.If the item is found non-defective, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer's expense. Items returned without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
5.The items price is not including the customs taxes,tarriff or customs value,all the custom feeis paid by buyers,the custom fee is according to buyers countrys,any details of them,pls check it to your locational countries,all customs fee is undertaked by buyers.Pls attention this point.
