Vintage 70's Vinyl Patio Umbrella outdoor Table Retro Big Flowers Fringe

This outside needs the dust washed off but the vinyl is in great condition and hasnt seen much use or sun. A few finge strings in a spot are tattered and a few fluffed out. A little corrosion on the pipe. I cant figure out how the crank works. When turned upside down it opens up. Its being sold as is untested.
