Vintage hand etched and tooled sterling  spurs with Fleming straps

Vintage hand etched and tooled sterling with Fleming straps. These are a nice pair of etched sterling over stainless steel spurs. The buckles and strap tips are stamped FLEMING--STERLING--MEXICO. Each spur weighs about a pound. Nice hand etching on spurs, buckles, belt keepers and strap tips. Rowels are 10 point and solid. The straps are tooled with a beautiful rose. I bought them sometime between 1970 and 2000 when I was in the 'collect and store' mode. Over 20 years ago I retired and went into the 'display all of my collections in display cases' mode. Now I am in the 'pare down' mode. They could use a good cleaning, but I will leave that to the buyer. They are old but in great shape. They are approx. 10" from tip of rowel to the strap in the first hole, the widest part of the spur heel is approx. 4". These have been worn at some point in their lives, but not since I have owned them.
