This is a Vintage Masonic Order of the Eastern Star Hand Painted Myrtlewood Wall Plaque.
I read that originally the organization's members were the daughters, wives, sisters, widows, or mothers of Free Masons, but that now membership is open to men as well.
The  plaque is 3 3/4" in diameter
.
The provenance on the back can be read in one of the photos.  The artist, Alma Call, signed the piece CALL on the front at the bottom (6:00) position.
Condition:
There are several small scrapes / scuffs on the finish at about the 5:00 position toward the other edge, and several smaller ones in area of the designs as seen.
