This does have some paint loss to it but it is still solid and works like it should. See 2nd photo.
There is no particular brand that I could find on this embosser.
The seal stamp says O.E.S. in the middle and Warren Chapter 116 Warren, Minnesota around the edge.
This is cast iron and the color is black.
There is a patent date on this of March 2, 1909 and an Anchor logo on the other side.
