    Description

This is a vintage SET of 3 pink Depression glass pieces from the 1920's - 1930's.  The creamer and sugar bowl feature a discontinued pattern that had been manufactured in the 1929 - 1933 timeframe by the Jeannette glass company called Cube (or Cubist). The two handled serving tray was also manufactured by Jeannette but is the complimentary Windsor Diamond pattern manufactured in the 1936 - 1946 timeframe.  Color tone and patterns are similar enough that we have always considered to be a matching set even though patterns are slightly different. Note that color is a light pink (with perhaps a slight touch of peach undertone depending upon the lighting).  Colors may differ due to differences in color monitor settings.
Creamer - Jeannette's Cube / Cubist pattern in pink glass - 4 1/8" wide with handle and spout (3 7/8" wide when just measuring the diameter of the pitcher opening without handle and spout) x 3" tall. Weighs about 5.9 oz.
Sugar Bowl - Jeannette's Cube / Cubist pattern in pink glass - 5 1/4" wide with handles (just under 3.5" wide when just measuring the diameter of the bowl opening without handles) x 2.5" tall. Weighs about 6.1 oz.
Tray - Jeannette's Windsor / Diamond pattern in pink glass - 12.5" wide with angles (10.25" when just measuring the diameter of the tray) x about 1" tall (how high handles are off the table). Note that the seams on the handles are a little rough and we cannot tell if there might be a chip or if was just not smoothed fully during manufacture.  There is one little pit (about the size of a thin marker head) that is either a small "flea bite" or a small bubble that popped and then a few even smaller size pits towards the center.  Also, there are a few light utensil marks on the top side, near the starburst center of the piece.  This said, we are very picky when describing condition and this is a very nice condition piece.  First impression is one of great vintage condition and only with a jeweler's loupe or very close inspection under bright light do you really see any of the imperfections. 1 lb 12.5 oz
Weight is 2 lbs 9 oz for the entire set...so is a nice sturdy, yet delicate looking piece.
